I was tidying up around the house on a Monday morning a couple of weeks back when Liz suggested that I put on some heels and we had a little fun shooting some "spontaneous" video footage.. I like to listen to music and dance as I tidy up especially if I am going to be working out in the gym later as its just about the perfect "warm-up" and I have to say that I am REALLY pleased at how this video turned out! We really only shot it for fun just to see how it looked but this one ended up being my favourite video that I shot last year! REAL "ME" and REAL fun.. This is just me how I am every day having fun and showing off when I am not being "Lady Sonia".
